One Year Program

So far, 29 generations have successfully completed the long-term teaching programs of the Center for Women’s Studies, that is, we have awarded 631 certificates. During the first 27 years of its work, the CWS organized a one-year alternative program of women’s studies, and in  2019, the first course was developed within the Digital Feminist School, which made it possible for the women and men from all over the former Yugoslavia to follow our program.

Over hundreds of lectures were held within these programs and numerous thematic modules over the past 30 years, and we are proud of dozens of lecturers from Serbia, the region and the world with whom we had the privilege to collaborate. These lectures involved over 5,000 students, whose interests interweave feminist activism and theory. At the end of 2021, an initiative to establish an alumni organization was launched.
