The virtual feminist library is conceived as a digital feminist resource center, as a “library without walls”, which enables interested readers to become familiar with feminist theory and practice through various multimedia forms – texts, podcasts, video content. Our goal is to contribute to the connection and preservation of information from different sources related to feminist theory and practice through the virtual feminist library. The Virtual Feminist Library is focused on the areas of education, research and public action. Accordingly, its goal is to actively participate in building the capacity of the general public and relevant actors in the creation of public policies respecting the feminist perspective, as well as to participate in the strengthening of feminist and related movements, and to be an important publicly available mechanism for raising the awareness of the general public about the importance of raising feminist topics and issues, not only within public policies but also in other aspects of everyday life – education, media, work, etc.
